Global e-Designer Program 2025：Short-Term Training Program at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia
We are pleased to invite applications for the Global e-Designer Program 2025, a short-term training program held at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) in Estonia.
This program is a collaborative initiative with TalTech aimed at developing DX (digital transformation) talent. Participants will engage in on-site learning about e-Governance, Estonia’s advanced model of digital public administration and social reform. In addition, students will take part in fieldwork activities in partnership with Sendai City and other local stakeholders, gaining insights into how to design a digital society through a combination of lectures and practical workshops.

Dates: August 18 (Sat) – August 27 (Fri), 2025 (on-site participation in Estonia)

Location: Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia

Program Contents:
Lectures, workshops, international collaborative projects, company visits, and final presentations.
■ Eligibility

Open to all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Tohoku University.

All majors and year levels are welcome.
■ Fees and Expenses

Participation Fee: 150,000 JPY
(Includes round-trip airfare between Tokyo and Tallinn, local accommodation, and breakfast/lunch during the program) -
Additional personal costs:

Transportation to/from Tokyo

Overseas travel insurance (Tohoku University students are required to enroll in the university’s designated plan)

Meals and personal expenses in Estonia
