Connect with the World from Campus インターナショナルオフィスでは、海外から本学を訪問するゲストへの対応や広報活動を担う、学生アンバサダーを募集します。 学生アンバサダーは、海外機関からの訪問者や学生グループに対し、キャンパス案内や本学の紹介を行う役割です。施設や組織構成などの基本情報に加え、学生生活や日本文化、地域との関わりなど、多様な情報を紹介し、海外ゲストと交流します。
🌏 活動の内容 現在、海外機関からの訪問希望は年々増加しており、その目的や規模も様々です。
・団体訪問： 数十名規模の海外学生グループへの対応
・個別来訪： 海外大学の教職員による視察のアテンド
・ショートプログラム：短期プログラムで来日する留学生のホスト学生として、文化交流や様々なアクティビティーを共に実施しし、サポートを行う
限られた滞在時間の中で、本学や仙台、そして日本の魅力をより深く知っていただけるよう、意欲を持って活動してくださる学生アンバサダーを募集しています。

対象： 本学に在籍する全学部生・大学院生
期待する役割： 柔軟で誠実なコミュニケーションを通じた、多角的な本学の魅力発信

The International Office is seeking “Student Ambassadors” to assist with hosting international guests and supporting university public relations activities. Student Ambassadors represent the university by providing campus tours and introductions to visiting delegations and student groups. In addition to sharing basic information such as university facilities and academic structures, ambassadors engage with international guests by introducing various aspects of student life, Japanese culture, and the local community.
🌏Activities As visits from international institutions continue to increase:
・Group Visits: Hosting large delegations of international students.
・Individual Visits: Providing tours and assistance for faculty and staff from partner universities.
・Short Programs: Serving as “Host Students” for international students visiting on short-term programs, facilitating cultural exchange, and supporting various activities together.
💡Application Overview Eligibility: All undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Tohoku University.
Key Responsibilities: Promoting the diverse attractions of the university through flexible and sincere communication. In order to help our guests gain a deeper understanding of the university, Sendai, and Japan within their limited stay, we are looking for motivated students to join us as ambassadors.
