March	Application opens application package is sent out to all TESP partner institutions
Mar.-Apr.	1.Nomination by the relevant office or faculty members at home universities Nominators should send the prescribed nomination letter to us 2.Application Nominated students will receive the URL for the online application form [ Required documents ] Academic transcript of current degree program 1 page Personal statement CV Photocopy of passport identification page (photo and name page) Portrait photo
May	Notification of selection result and payment of program fee Successful candidates will receive the nessesay information includes: payment, access, hotel, host students, Facebook link, etc.
June	Sending out the VISA documents (if necessary) *Participants usually do not need a visa for a short stay less than 90 days, but those from certain countries must apply for a visa to enter Japan (China, Viet Nam, etc.)
